The program has two levels of participation, leadership and instructor training. We realize that not everyone can make the commitment to becoming an instructor but everyone can benefit from leadership training. Whichever you choose, you will be taking a giant step to becoming your best.
Leadership
Build leadership skills that are applicable to all areas of life; at home, school, work, martial arts school, and everywhere. Leaders are developed through a comprehensive leadership curriculum, advanced martial arts training, and personal development.
Instructor
Leaders may apply to participate in the Instructor Training Course. If accepted, trainees will train toward becoming an ATA Instructor. In-House training will provide trainees with all the necessary courses and preparation to become a Certified ATA Instructor.
Responsibilites
Always keep your word. Only commit to things you can accomplish. Do your personal best and take pride in everything you do. Stay loyal to your country, family, school, friends, and the ATA. If you can't say something positive about someone then don't say anything. Try to see the best in everyone and every situation.
As a leader, everyone is learning by watching what you do. The problem is that people generally will do 100% of what you do wrong and only 20% of what you do right. The spotlight is on you so set the example you want followed.

Master Club
The Master Club is an elite training system for the dedicated Taekwondo student. All Master Club members are welcome to participate in the special Advanced Training workouts held every week. These exciting workouts offer training in Protech weapons, empty hand skills, Olympic Style Sparring, and much more. These special seminars will not only make you a better martial artist but will also prepare you for the courses taught at the Black Belt level.
A Master Club patch is worn on the left sleeve of the student's uniform and is a constant reminder of his/her goal--2nd degree BLACK BELT and Beyond! As another reminder we hang each Master Club member's actual black belt on the wall.
